Refunds

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your mattress. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund approval. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to reflect the amount.

Eligibility for Refund

To qualify for a return and refund:

●  The item must be clean.

●  It must be in its original packaging with all tags and accessories.

●  Proof of purchase or receipt is required.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Trial Period Details

All Lucid mattresses come with a 100-night risk-free trial. You can sleep on it and decide if it’s the right fit. If you’re not satisfied within this trial period, you can initiate a return for a full refund, no questions asked.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

Condition of the Product

Returned products must be free from:

●  Stains or spills

●  Physical damage

●  Signs of misuse or neglect

We reserve the right to reject returns that are not in acceptable condition.

Damages or Issues

Please inspect your product upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right, whether through replacement, repair, or refund.

Refund Timeline

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

●  Approval or rejection of the refund will be communicated via email.

●  If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.

●  Additional processing time by your payment provider may apply.

Exceptions / Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

●  Pillows, mattress protectors, and other bedding accessories (due to hygiene reasons)

●  Gift cards or promotional items

●  Custom-size or personalized products

●  Items marked as clearance or final sale
