Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver to all major cities and towns across India. If you're located in a remote or non-serviceable area, we recommend contacting our support team before placing your order to confirm service availability.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During peak seasons or promotional periods, there may be slight delays in processing, but we’ll keep you informed throughout.

Estimated Delivery Time

●  Mattresses: 5–8 business days

●  Pillows & Accessories: 3–6 business days Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with a tracking link so you can monitor your delivery in real time. You can also track your order through your Lucid account.

Shipping Partners
We have partnered with trusted logistics providers such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, and DTDC to

ensure reliable and timely delivery of your products.

Shipping Charges
We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders, no extra fees or hidden charges.

Delivery Attempts & Re-delivery

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If all attempts fail, the package will be returned to us, and we will contact you to arrange re-shipping. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery in such cases.

Delivery Restrictions
Please ensure the shipping address and phone number provided during checkout are accurate.

We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.

Delivery Inspection

We encourage you to inspect the package upon delivery. If the product appears tampered with, damaged, or incorrect, please notify the delivery personnel immediately and contact our support team so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Delays

While we strive to deliver within the promised time, unforeseen events such as weather disruptions, operational issues, or courier delays may affect delivery. In such cases, we will do our best to keep you updated.
